2009 Legislation.  Keep track of the bills and generate reports on the bills the Section has identified as bills of interest. If you have questions regarding taking positions on legislation or on how to use the Public Affairs Legislative Tracking/Reports site, please contact the Public Affairs Department at 503.431.6376.
 
Inheritance Tax Changes.  The 2007 Legislature did not change the Oregon inheritance tax exemption, although it did exempt certain natural resource property up to $7.5 million, HB 3201, Section 68.  David E. Paulson.
